Happy to report that Luis and his Pool Concepts is, by far, the best pool maintenance company we have worked with (and there have been a few). As you probably know, pools are frequently in need of some tweak or another, and all I can say is that Luis has either come over on short notice to fix the issue, or walked me through it over FaceTime (including in the evenings when folks aren’t typically excited to chat about work). I can’t express how happy we are with the work that Luis and his crew put into our pool. We had our pool resurfaced a few years back and the finish was very rough to the point where people’s feet were getting cut and scrapped. Luis explained the entire process to us and gave us a very fair price. They removed the cover, emptied the pool, sanded every inch to smooth finish, and acid washed any stains that we had.
