Jordan and all the staff have helped so much in regards to our Trueform spa pool. Any questions I couldn't find answers to myself, I have always felt encouraged and comfortable to talk to any of the team at the good old Pool Clinic. I like their relaxed family feeling and approach. I hope they continue to have positive business experiences. Sending good wishes for their future!
Not very helpful. Apparently they don't service spas that are newer than 5 years old. So just old spas?

Do not use these guys to look after your pool. People in store a great but they have no interest in actually looking after your pool. We gave them open budget do whatever needed. Don't turn up, don't clean pool, don't clean skimmer. Won't vacuum pool just leaves it to robot. Don't clean filter. Previous owners were excellent. Changed hands and now a shambles.
