i had my salt cell replaced by pool cleaning, and the experience was fantastic. their team is professional, honest, and very helpful. after a year of using floating chlorine tablets, i was back to enjoying my functioning saltwater pool. during the pandemic, i rebuilt my polaris 280 pool cleaner, but it wasn't working right. nathan came over and explained what i had done incorrectly and how to make the necessary adjustments to get it running smoothly again. they are the only pool service i trust!
The customer service is truly exceptional, and the pricing is very reasonable. They offer a fantastic 'pool school' that guides you through all the services they provide, along with any maintenance your pool might need. As new homeowners, they have made pool ownership a breeze!
I used Pool Cleaning for my pool service needs. I had an issue with a clogged valve on the suction side of the pump. They quickly figured out the problem and made the necessary repairs. They also found a leak in the union with the pipes on the pump side, which they fixed as well. Awesome team and enjoyable spot to chill with your family or pals. Jaime, Duane, and Nathan are attentive and amiable... They're super supportive and diligent. The swimming pool is consistently neat and secure. i really appreciate the family-oriented ambiance here, and i feel it's the top community pool I've come across in Katy!
