My leasing company had not arranged the pool cleaning service, so after waiting with no update, I called and spoke with Jaime. Jaime got back to me right away and set up the pool service within a couple of days. He was very thorough, explained what the pool needed, and even shared photos of the cleaning and maintenance work he completed. The whole process was easy, professional, and helpful. I am very pleased with the pool cleaning service and would gladly recommend them for routine pool care and upkeep in Katy.
