I would choose a different service for any warranty service. Took a Hayward cleaner in for repair, they had it for a week and they came up with some imaginative excites to why they had not repaired it then said I had circulation issues with my pool. Took to a different company who found a jammed gear within less than 30 minutes, now it works perfectly. Useless company, would give negative stars if I could.
JC is excellent our pool is always well maintained and spotless. He is always a pleasure to speak with. Ricky Jackson is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable and did and excellent repair to our Jandy system.
