Said I brought a broken jug for swap that they gave me yesterday ( it was not broken). I spent thousands of dollars there last year and they will never see one penny of my money again. Apparently it is normal to not acknowledge customers when we are in the store, only 2 of us at the time. All I needed was to exchange chlorine and the young lady left me in store by myself, didn't acknowledge and just left store empty with me (I believe to go smoke) after doing a water sample for other customer. Wanted to give this place a chance since it was local but no thanks, come on owners your customers deserve better. At least train them to acknowledge a customer. And say "we'll be right with you" . I put my tabs on the counter and neither girl looked at me or acknowledged I was there.Beachy Babe was talking to another customer and never even looked my way.Younger girl was messing with water test and Finally came over and did the transaction.. but Without any friendliness . I've read the other reviews about your help and I hope you can get someone who is good with customers
For the past 3 years I have been coming to this store to have my water tested. It saddens me to see any bad reviews because not one time have any of the employees ever tried to sell me anything my pool did not need. I have been extremely happy with all the girls and the owner has always been nice as well. Following their advice my pool has been great and less expensive to maintain. Very please customer here.
Unfortunately this pool store has the worst customer service. The girls in the store are rude to customers and don’t care. We always like to support local but after a few bad experiences we won’t be back.
