I really wanted to to continue pool maintaining service. But this is my first and last week with this company, even though I already paid for January service. PROS: 1-Mike very good at talking and advertising. 2-Over promised under delivery. CONS: 1-Not detail oriented for completing the project. 2-Not an honest business. ( If you don’t want to accept card payment for pool project, you should let the customer know in advance. I had a pretty good leak with my pool equipment. Pool Care America sent someone to my house and determined the leak was coming from the heat exchanger. We set an appointment for a few days later to get the heater replaced. There was good communication of what they found, what they could do, and pricing. Thanks for resolving the leak!

Hi. I would no longer recommend these guys. I have a leak from what they installed, and they won’t fix it.
On a Sunday evening, in 10 degree weather and on Valentine's day they came within the hour and emergency weather proofed our pool. We are recent pool owners and our pool was literally freezing. Very responsive and quick to come and help us. Will definitely continue using you as our pool service. Thanks again!
