As customers of the Pool Butler for over four years, their initial weekly services were satisfactory. However several rate increases have recently been made that are not justified. Our monthly rate was increased by $25 or 25% and last year and the owner stated that was necessary to cover cost increases and give employees a 20% pay raise. Last week we received an email advising that another $15 rate increase was necessary to give employees another 10% so they could give their employees another 10% pay raise. I have had pool butler for about two monuts when i hired them the pool had algae in in one treatment the made the pool sparkle they come on time and are very helpful answer all questions and make owning a pool a joy THANK YOU POOL BUTLER George R in port orange fl.

We have been using this company since we have moved here. Reliable personable service. They allow us to really enjoy our pool.
