Pool Bouy is absolutely incredible. Perfect for a family party and their customer service for any issues was beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. Product is cute and durable!
This is such a refreshing cool take on a company who makes swimming pools and accessories. I was helped out massively on an order, the company has awesome branding, fantastic customer service and an even better product. Companies like Kmart , target etc etc most likey sell a cheaper range however these products look soulless and usually last a handful of times before it ends up scrapped and enters the earths core - cheers earths core. Have rated the purchase and delivery experience as one star. I completed an easy online purchase and left my correct address. Their Sendle couriers left no calling card, and Pool Bouy tried to assist - although they said it was not their responsibility to help with delivery problems - but did not provide full collection point address. Sendle only has automated call support. Ended up calling a few Sendle collection points to locate my parcel. Most frustrating online purchase experience I’ve ever had.
Great ball! Perfect size, thick material which would be hard to get a hole in and lovely print/colours. Very happy kids 😊
