Pool Builders Shop is awesome, a genuine love for your pool as if it was their own. i love their monthly service to check on the chemicals and make sure all is good. Very affordable and very professional service.
The pool technicians were great, but the customer service is below average. In response to the response of my review. I have been nothing but nice to the Pool technicians, offering water, tea and coffee. So this is actually an untrue statement. Regarding the staff at Pool Builders Pool Shop, the customer service person messaging me through your messaging service was actually fairly snarly with me and rude. I was not being rude.
