Pool Builders Pool Shop make maintaining a pool super easy. They worry about the chemicals so I don't have to. Super reliable and nothing is too much trouble. Visits are well communicated, quietly actioned and never invasive. It's the perfect setup
We have had the pool builders pool shop looking after our pool since it was built late last year. They seem well organised, always letting us know when they are coming, and always happy to explain things and answer questions so I feel I am learning more about my pool. We have had zero issues with our water even when we have had plenty of rain. Nice to know it will always be ready for swimming with no stress to our lives.

The Pool Builders Shop does a great job. Regular service, maintenance and monitoring keep our pool in tip-top condition. Staff are always helpful and willing to answer my questions.
