Worst decision was going here instead of Rick's pools. I was told the pool will be installed by the first or second week of May. That time came and went but I was getting the total run around when it was going to be here. They never once called and told us what was going on or when. I was told "definitely by this weekend". I asked about it when that time came and Frank said he never said that implying I was lying. His customer service skills are nonexistent.
