I spoke to Greg Brock on the phone and he came and looked at the pool. We had an appointment scheduled for Tuesday or Wednesday for him to come out and get water drained from behind the liner. He no call no showed both days. I called him Thursday and asked what happened. He said he would be out Friday or Saturday to do the work. He no call no showed again both days and has since not returned my calls and voicemails. VERY POOR experience.
