The guys came and did a repair on a pipe under some paver bricks in Lowell for my 85 year old in-laws, my mother in law is not very easy to please, if you know what I mean! She was raving about what a great job they did and said you better call them and tell them I’m so happy! We recently purchased a home with a pool that and was experiencing some electrical issues. Amanda and Sarah have been absolutely amazing to work with, have also rescheduled last minute as well. Their team is professional, reliable, and trustworthy. They show up on time, ensure everything is taken care of before they leave, and are happy to answer any questions along the way. We’re so glad we chose them to service our pool and spa, I highly recommend their services!
Pool Brothers Inc replaced an old deck and built a wonderful new deck in my yard. I found them online last fall when I needed help closing my pool and have been pleased by everything I have had them do. They will also be opening my pool next month. I also had them build a bar poolside. Jose always responds in a timely manner.
Service manager Amanda is pleasure amd easy to talk with and explained services clearly. The tech crew is professional and work quickly and quietly; Jose is nice to talk with if you chat him up. Our pool has not been this crystal clear for the long time as we were not good at balancing chemicals. I want to give them another half star (so 4.5 total) because they do their best to adjust to your availability if you miss out a weekly maintenance visit.
