I’ve lost my trust in Pool Brite. Nice enough people there but fall short on servicing their product. Only two months after receiving a brand new heater installation from them as it went bad (tub under 5yrs old), I lost heat yet again. Opened it to see the circuit board and the new heater FRIED. All signs point to a faulty/loose connection. See pics. Could have been a bad fire. Purchased a new spa from them at the Buffalo Home Show. Was contacted by Rob to schedule delivery. The communication was clear and open and the delivery was prompt and on-time. Rob's team worked efficiently, effectively and neatly. I was given a FULL rundown on the tub including all recommended chemicals/products. I was amazed at how impressive the team was and how smooth the entire process was from start to finish. These guys will get all spa related business from me in the future, excellent work.
Great experience from start to finish, the knowledge Tim and Rob have is unmatched. They answer questions with experience and honesty. Great tub and price and no pressure. Delivery was absolutely perfect, the whole team was careful, professional and helpful. They labeled the bottles so you know what is needed to keep your tub running good and clean. That's a nice plus. Great team and can't thank you all enough.
