Absolutely LOVE coming to this store! Very clean, and welcoming store. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Jeff and Leah both are very helpful and great with getting your pool at exactly where it needs to be!💕🙌🏼🥳 They are very patient with questions and will do their best to educate you on the upkeep of the chemical balances and what to do if it get out of whack!
Nice pool store owned and operated by knowledgeable people eager to provide assistance. Jeff gave us "pool school" about 6 years ago when we installed our pool....valuable information I still refer to today. Had to replace my filter due to a crack, Jeff and Leah provided information as to my needs and gave a fair price. Installer, I think his name was Eric was extremely nice and surely knew what he was doing...they were able to salvage my glass media for the new filter which saved me money as well. Taking over pool duties at our place has been so much easier thanks to Jeff, Leah & Pool Boys! Jeff took his time during customized "Pool School" answering all my questions, teaching the basics of water chemistry and going over the particular mechanics of how our swimming pool operates. Bought some clearance chlorine shock from a big box store at the end of last season. It caused nothing but problems for me this season. I didn't know chlorine could go bad. Pool boys helped me get my pool back on track. Very knowledgeable and kind. I totally recommend them!
