I have been in the swimming pool industry for (46) years and have owned numerous pool businesses. I took over an account in Princeton from this company after they spent the entire season trying to clear the water and it remained green until we took it over two weeks prior to labor day. The customer received a bill for $900 for chemicals that did nothing, and despite my office advising them to do the right thing, they sent this poor older lady a $900 bill for their failures!
