The store staff are always so pleasant and helpful. They opened our pool today and the two young men (Dave and Victor) were the highlight of my day!! They were pleasant, respectful and very professional! I would highly recommend Pool and Spa World for all of your pool needs!!
The best customer service! We only had one issue that was resolved quickly with the help of a wonderful lady! They had our pool back blue in 24 hours!! This was after it was uncovered all winter and nasty green! Definitely recommend for all your pool needs! They have made our experience with having a pool great!

I received professional service of installing a new liner. With no fault of their own had some trouble fitting the liner. The liner had been packed incorrectly from the factory. The service people stayed until the job was finished. They worked hard in the hot sun without complaint. The ownership of Pool and Spa have been super to deal with and very knowledgeable of their business. Weather hindered the scheduled appointment but who can control the weather. (JESUS).
