Nearest QCA dealer to me, hour and a half away. Made the drive and they got me set up with the replacment parts I've been looking for on my older hot tub. They helped figure out the correct parts and get me back up and running. We had a couple questions the floor salesman wasn't sure on so we video chatted the owner on a Saturday to make sure we got what we needed. Thanks so much!!
I’ve had countless issues with Alvin's Pool and Spa Warehouse, but the tipping point was when they opened my pool and left the cover in my garage, saying it was "raining." It wasn’t. I managed to put the cover away by myself, but that’s just one of many examples of their laziness. They leave debris to blow into the pool, fail to communicate new charges, and their customer service is rude and dismissive. The last conversation with them sealed the deal—we’re done! I am beyond frustrated with Alvin's Pool and Spa Warehouse. They consistently arrive 2-6 days late, even after confirming an appointment. This delays my pool winterization, leaving me with a drained pool that ends up full of leaves. The worst part? They don’t bother to remove them, and by spring, my water is nasty. Their communication is terrible, and the service is even worse. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. You’ll save yourself a lot of headaches!
