May 12, 2026. I was told they were a couple weeks out on service and would be Karen in two weeks. It is now July 13. No call, no no service, no response even after doing follow up calls to the company we are left with nothing.
Wonderful service. Very knowledgeable and personable! Once you start service with them, you won’t go anywhere else. Great prices too!
Best guys around! So enthusiastic to help and make sure your needs all around are covered, not just a sale to them. They treat me like I’m a sister , and in my world, there is no other loyalty as that!
Nearest QCA dealer to me, hour and a half away. Made the drive and they got me set up with the replacment parts I've been looking for on my older hot tub. They helped figure out the correct parts and get me back up and running. We had a couple questions the floor salesman wasn't sure on so we video chatted the owner on a Saturday to make sure we got what we needed. Thanks so much!!
I’ve had countless issues with Alvin's Pool and Spa Warehouse, but the tipping point was when they opened my pool and left the cover in my garage, saying it was "raining." It wasn’t. I managed to put the cover away by myself, but that’s just one of many examples of their laziness. They leave debris to blow into the pool, fail to communicate new charges, and their customer service is rude and dismissive. The last conversation with them sealed the deal—we’re done!
