Failed to turn up 4 times without notice. Ended up getting a refund for the prepaid amount. Would not recommend

Overly expensive compared to others, their admin area made mistakes which caused delays then refused to own them. We cancelled the second inspection as we ended up going with another company who then advised this company has caused us unnecessary expense by providing incorrect advice/options for pool compliance. Then this company had the nerve to send us an email saying that as we had not communicated with them we were not complaint and council would be advised....also incorrect!
