I went to this shop for getting my water tested and discuss the black algae issue. I guess his name was Billy and he helped me with information on controlling the algae and just fun to talk to as well. He did not oversell any chemicals as I have had that in the past with other shops, he was straightforward and gave me the best info. Also to mention the shop looks nice and well maintained. Definitely coming back.
Been waiting for shop to open since 9 am. It’s 10 am. Tried to call and no response and website says open. Nearby tenders say this is now a common thing for the shop to not open on a Saturday. Would’ve been nice to have known that ahead of time. Just a heads up for anyone to not waste their time. So sad.
I went on tuesday and the lady staff whose name starts from K was very helpful explaining me everything in detail.
