If I could give 10 stars I would! Karina has been a lifesaver for my business (my pools are used in a commercial application) from day one. Karina’s experience is obvious—she diagnosed a pump fault others missed and then disassembled the unit like a pro (think Easter Show wood chopper!) to prove the damage.
