Fantastic customer service – thank you! We were having ongoing issues with a leaking spa pump and unfortunately weren’t getting any follow-up or support from our local branch, despite purchasing the spa from them. I reached out to this team instead, and they were incredible to deal with. Even though I offered to pay for a service call from out of town, they generously offered to send us the parts and talked us through the repair step-by-step over the phone. What a great experience it was to visit Pool and Spa 2. From the friendly greeting from the two front office young ladies yo Brad and Thomas. I explained that we were gifted a spa pool third had and have had problems with the controller. They knew my enquiry was unlikely to turn into a sale, yet they were super helpful, and very knowledgable. They lend me a control panel for testing. We have had our spa out of commission for three months now waiting for your service team to come have a look at it, countless phone calls over three months and being told “we will call you back” we finally had someone tell us that they won’t even service Sundance spas. It would have been nice to be told this three months ago.
Thomas was fantastic, great knowledge and service when over and above. My spa is working with the advise he gave me absolute legend
