We have had our spa out of commission for three months now waiting for your service team to come have a look at it, countless phone calls over three months and being told “we will call you back” we finally had someone tell us that they won’t even service Sundance spas. It would have been nice to be told this three months ago.

Awesome assistance from the staff. I had an issue with my pool filter and needed to replace the spider gasket. I still had trouble with the filter once it was replaced and ended up bringing it in to be looked at. The staff member took the filter handle off free of charge and gave it some lube. Now it is all running smoothly again. Cheers!
Bought an sx spa from Palmerston north branch at home show. Paid cash and asking top dollar which I thought brand new no problems and good quality spa. The spa is a good quality spa the company selling is a different story. There was a problem with the moto massager so it was replaced and after a short time failed again. Still under warranty they didn't want anything to do with it and didn't have parts . I contacted Auckland branch to confirm parts availability they had plenty.
