I don't often post reviews publicly as it takes exceptionally good or exceptionally bad (or nil) service for me to invest my time in reviewing. Made a special trip 30 mins to palmy to get our water tested. Never received an email with our results. Turns out they never tested it, and have said they'll do it now 3 days later. Even tho Google reckons it'll be not accurate after 24 hours. Very upset, just because it's for free doesn't mean you can be rude and just not do something.
Fantastic customer service – thank you! We were having ongoing issues with a leaking spa pump and unfortunately weren’t getting any follow-up or support from our local branch, despite purchasing the spa from them. I reached out to this team instead, and they were incredible to deal with. Even though I offered to pay for a service call from out of town, they generously offered to send us the parts and talked us through the repair step-by-step over the phone. What a great experience it was to visit Pool and Spa 2. From the friendly greeting from the two front office young ladies yo Brad and Thomas. I explained that we were gifted a spa pool third had and have had problems with the controller. They knew my enquiry was unlikely to turn into a sale, yet they were super helpful, and very knowledgable. They lend me a control panel for testing.
