I want to express my amazement at the services Pool America provided so quickly after the departure of Milton. Particularly as I am sure your employees were affected by the hurricane as well. I was totally shocked and amazed Pool America came out and serviced our community pool on the day after the hurricane (our regularly scheduled day). Subsequent visits from Pool America allowed us to open the pool to owners within 4 days of the storm. Ben is our Pool Technician, and is very conscious regarding our pool cleanliness and operation. I find it comforting that a pool company comes every week. I have Pool America for many years(14). ..if a problem arises they are quick to acknowledge the problem and rectify it. they follow up with helpful email confirmation. it's locally owned family company. no complaints on my end!
