Great company, they know what there doing and very organized. You can depend on them every time.
I’ve had Pool America taking care of my pool for the last 3 years and they are fantastic! Pool is always crystal clear, and they are able to detect and fix equipment issues before they become catastrophic for me. They are a definite must have for any pool owner, especially if it’s your vacation home. Highly recommended!!
Locally owned and great customer service
I cannot speak more highly about this company. I had an ongoing problem with a new (after hurricane) pool pump. Having just hired PA to service the pool weekly, Shawn then came out, and diagnosed the pump problem immediately, fixed it, and gave us troubleshooting tips that nobody else was able to diagnose. 10/10 for service, and an excellent company to use for weekly servicing as well.
So far so good. I had Lapense Pool Company before and they were HORRIBLE. Did nothing but kept billing me. I also had Pools By Lowell for 7 years until the hurricanes came and they went MIA for months and would not take calls, return emails, or provide repairs. I hope Pool American continues the good work. A good pool company is hard to find in Florida!
