Rory from the Pool Aide team attended to a leaking pool pipe issue that we had and I found him to be exceptional. Rory always kept us updated and was very solutions-oriented when faced with a number of hurdles. I found him to be honest, reliable, courteous and nothing seemed to be too difficult for him.
