They are professional staff and provide outstanding customer service. They listen to our needs, provide excellent recommendations, and deliver great results. Thank you for looking after our pool.

Most reviews are long ago. The owner is good but his team quality is very unstable recently with poor communication and really very variable experience/responsibility. I have experience that my pool is still green and terrible under their regular service. Some just talked on phone, not doing anything, some just threw the trash from your skimmer basket to your garden bed, some just kept empty bottles around your pump storage, some just came and left in a short time esp during ‘small wash’ and more….. We have been using pool aide for many years and have always found them to be very professional, respectful and leave the pool crystal clear. Would definitely recommend
Nigel, Davi and Lucas the team at PoolAide have been amazing to deal with. I had a busted MPV that needed replacement and the team turned it around in a matter of days. They also explained what they were doing every step of the way and educated me in better pool maintenance. While I only engaged them for this one instance, I will now use them regularly to maintain my pool and hope to build a long ongoing relationship with them.
