Nigel, Davi and Lucas the team at PoolAide have been amazing to deal with. I had a busted MPV that needed replacement and the team turned it around in a matter of days. They also explained what they were doing every step of the way and educated me in better pool maintenance. While I only engaged them for this one instance, I will now use them regularly to maintain my pool and hope to build a long ongoing relationship with them.
This is my second review. Nigel, the owner, is truly professional, polite and quick to respond. There were a few mix-ups during the long holidays, but Nigel sorted them out right away. Five stars for the services and attitude!
Rory from the Pool Aide team attended to a leaking pool pipe issue that we had and I found him to be exceptional. Rory always kept us updated and was very solutions-oriented when faced with a number of hurdles. I found him to be honest, reliable, courteous and nothing seemed to be too difficult for him. Pricing was also very reasonable, which was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend the Pool Aide team!
Nigel and the team at Pool Aide have looked after our pool for the last decade. When we've had issues they've always been proactive and have followed up and communicated clearly. The pool is a feature of our home and I can tell when they've been because it sparkles. Would recommend them without hesitation.
The team at Pool Aide is amazing. They’re very quick to respond to any enquiry about my pool and they’ve saved me numerous times with ‘pool disasters’. Nothing is too much for them and there’s no one else I’d recommend. I’ve owned numerous pools in my life and this team has never let me down in the ten years I’ve used them. They’re knowledgeable, polite, friendly and very reasonably priced.
