I've used Pool Agency (weekly full service) for over 2 years and for the most part had pretty good service. They raised their prices recently and ironically the service went downhill fast. I've had numerous issues getting items taken care of ranging from taking 3 weeks to replace a cracked chlorinator that they're supposed to carry with them and is included in my service, to having a flapper fall off my skimmer and being told it needed to be replaced, only for them to never follow up and 3 weeks later I figured out how to pu... read more
