Great: Visited Port Charlotte Store. Well stocked, helpful friendly staff. Bought a few items needed to use pool in home just bought. Paid for a House Call to assess pool & equipment, give me an orientation. To be scheduled by Tech. Poor: No Call. Met Tech at weekend Home Show, he said he was busy would call Monday to schedule visit. Now Tuesday, no call. Called store today, Wed; left message asked for callback to schedule service, several hours- no call. Poor.
