I only get to Pookies once in a while when visiting my sister in Orlando. My sister brought my kitties a toy that was loved to pieces by my oldest and I contacted Pookies, they ordered more and sent them to me within a week of my call. They have a great selection of food, treats, supplements and toys. Everyone at Pookies has always been very nice to me when I am shopping there.
They have amazing people working there very knowledgeable. They love doggies and cats great service and friendly staff ... I love them all!!!
Wonderful staff. Always remember 4 legged customers and 2 legged customers by name. So caring and community involved.
I can't say enough about the service you find here! They are not only knowledgable but have a passion for animals and keeping them healthy. If you have questions on foods, your pet is picky, or just want to support the small business- this is the place!!
