Dr. Pooja Raju is an exceptional pulmonologist who truly cares about her patients. From my first visit, she demonstrated outstanding bedside manner, taking the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. What impressed me most was her genuine commitment to my care—she personally called me to follow up, which is something you don't often see from physicians today. Their office is very impressive, they have a system where patients are attended to timely. I've never waited more than 10 mins to be seen. Jessica her NP did a very thorough history and assessment which is very impressive. Dr. Raju is very compassionate and I felt comfortable asking her questions and she answered each one patiently. She's very knowledgeable and included me in my own plan of care.
