They don’t know how to thread eyebrows properly. They only know how to make your eyebrows thin and uneven. One eyebrow is higher than the other and one is thinner than the other. Even when you just ask for a clean up they take the liberty to do what they please without asking you first, and they refuse except that a mistake was made. Poor skill set and poor service, but definitely overpriced. They also don’t sanitize their waxing rollers between uses, so be careful before you get your face waxed.

I've been going to Pooja Brow Bar for about eight or nine months for eyebrow threading and tinting, and I’m always happy with the results. My brows look great every time, and the pricing is reasonable. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the establishment is always clean. Even when it looks like there’s a long wait, the line moves quickly, so I never feel like I’m waiting too long.
