I have been seeing Dr. Patel for almost 2 years. While facing medical and mental health issues , I have found the receptionist , Karen, to be so supportive and helpful. She has gone ABOVE and beyond to make sure I am comfortable with everything going on throughout my treatments. She always makes sure she is either available or gets back to me within minimal time to ease my nerves or promptly get faxes, documents, and referrals to specialists.
