Emily Meaden was by far the best vendor communication contact I encountered throughout my time working with all my wedding vendors...she let me know when deadlines were coming up and was very quick to respond to all emails - was VERY HAPPY with my experience here (food was great/ staff was attentive and delivered excellent service) venue was gorgeous and pricing was very reasonable for Charleston pricing - cannot rave more about this venue and the staff they hav working for them
Well done Poogans Courtyard! They hosted the amazing Welcome Party for our son and his new bride the evening before their wedding! Emily was wonderful to work with during the planning process! We live in Texas and she made it so easy and efficient to plan long distance! The evening was just perfect! The service was impeccable and the food is "FIVE STAR"! We had a wedding reception at Poogan’s and it was amazing! The venue was beautiful and all of the guests raved about the food; it was delicious!! From the beginning, they made the process as easy as it could possibly be. The staff members were all very kind and helpful. Poogan’s exceeded my expectations.
We hosted both our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Poogan’s Courtyard the night before our wedding, and we could not have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. We had our son and daughter-in-law's Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party at Poogan's last weekend (May 2nd). We could not have been more pleased with how it all went. Emily and the staff were amazing and did an outstanding job! I planned the event for the past year and live out of state, so Emily helped guide me and answered my many questions thoroughly and was always very responsive.
