I never write reviews, but felt compelled to write this because of the experience that we just went through and I don't want others to have the same experience--Especially new puppy owners. If I could give Pooch Parlor and the owner, Diana, a zero out of 5 stars, I would. We trusted this woman(Diana- the owner of Pooch Parlor) with our puppy(a golden-doodle) and I'm very disappointed in how she treated my dog as well as her nonchalant/acting like she did nothing wrong attitude when we came to pick up our puppy.
