WE LOVE CAREN AND SO DID OUR PUPPY! We moved away from Spokane many years ago to the west side of the state, but if we ever move back, Walnut will certainly be going back to see Caren at the Pooch Parlor. She was SO GREAT with our needy and sensitive little schnauzer. He is so scared of everyone, but Caren was great about taking her time with him and getting him to warm up to her. Took my King Charles Cavalier (long hair) to be groomed, they told me they might have to cut a little bit to get out a matted area. When I got him back he was totally shaved! They didn't even ask me they just shaved off all of his fur down to the skin. It would be one thing if his fur was in really bad condition, or if they even asked me first but they did not.
