Our kittens, Wisp and Willow, saw Dr Kelvin today for the first time and all I can say is we will be back. Dr Kelvin was so patient and allowed us to ask questions regarding the cat’s dietary needs, and even showed us how to apply the flea treatment that we bought elsewhere. Dr Kelvin walked us through everything, including how he applies the vaccinations and why. We felt very involved throughout the whole process and our Kittens absolutely loved their treats afterwards! My previous issue has been resolved by Kelvin and I am happy with the outcome.
I feel incredibly fortunate to have found such a compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. He has cared for my two senior dogs on multiple occasions, and I truly appreciate the way he shows genuine concern for animals and always takes the time to thoroughly explain every detail.
