Boarded my 4 month old bull terrier puppy for the first time here from 8/9/18 to 8/11/18. My pup is kennel trained and has a 3 times a day food schedule that Manager Tiffany was made aware of at the time of drop off and vowed to follow. Dropped him off Friday at noon and picked him up today Sunday at 5pm. I called around 2pm to ask if I could go pick up my pup and Tiffany told me that I needed to wait until she arrived at 5pm raising a red flag for me making me wonder why the location was left alone with boarded animals.
