Boarded my 4 month old bull terrier puppy for the first time here from 8/9/18 to 8/11/18. My pup is kennel trained and has a 3 times a day food schedule that Manager Tiffany was made aware of at the time of drop off and vowed to follow. Dropped him off Friday at noon and picked him up today Sunday at 5pm. I called around 2pm to ask if I could go pick up my pup and Tiffany told me that I needed to wait until she arrived at 5pm raising a red flag for me making me wonder why the location was left alone with boarded animals. Brought my pup back home and noticed he seemed pretty hungry and thirsty since he ran straight to his bowls when we got home. I fed him and had never seen him eat so fast! Also noticed his bed was heavy and damp reeking of pee. At this point I was concerned with what I was seeing so I called the facility and spoke with Tiffany. When I asked what time he was fed and walked she said she personally fed the puppy at 9am but that she was unsure whether a trainer had fed the puppy between the 9am to 5pm gap because she didn't know what his schedule was for the day. Not sure how a Manager doesn't keep up with an employees schedule but OK. During the 5min conversation with Tiffany she had no explanation for any of my concerns nor did she help ease any of them. Tone seemed as if I was wasting her time. Paid a total of $54 which was pretty cheap in comparison to other places I searched and the price is the only reason I am giving this place the one star. I see this place is very well reviewed which is what helped with my decision to board here but after my personal experience I would rather pay a little more elsewhere than leave my pup in such a questionable location.
