Rafael is a nice guy; but I could tell he was struggling when he came out to redo my bathroom tile and fix my fiberglass tub. The quality of the work was really poor. I blame myself as I should have asked for more photos of prior work in advance. We have already started tearing out the work he just completed less than 24 hours later.
He left busted up chunks of cement and broken fence in my yard that I later had to go pick up. I bagged it up in a heavy duty bag but couldn’t carry it to dispose of it. He just finished a job for my neighbor and he left the bag as well as a pile of broken fencing in my yard. I’m going to have to pay someone to come haul it away. He did a concrete job for the neighbors and got cement all in the grates/drains he had put in for my landlord basically defeating the job he was paid to do. He is a great guy. Believes in the lord and works through honesty and does an awesome job at anything he does
Raphael did a wonderful job repairing my ceiling. His service was fast and professional, and he is friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! The only thing I can't comment on is price. That was handled with my property management company.
