I have been in healthcare well over 20 years I worked with many doctors over the years and this is by for the worst experience I have ever had. His professionalism is horrible and he does not listen to what you’re saying or give you any kind of treatment. The whole time I told him what my back issues were he was very dismissive and rolled his eyes as if I was lying. Have seen Dr. Ponzio for many years for different reasons has always given me great outcomes Dr. White is also wonderful they listen to you and work to get you the best outcome

I was an existing patient here and remembered the one doctor being nice. I called recently to make an appt because of a new injury. I don’t need referrals, so I just figured I’d go to a specialist directly rather than seeing my PCP first. I made the appt, and a week later they called to confirm. I asked the lady if they had any earlier openings bc I was experiencing pain. She offered me 3 openings for today, so I gladly took one. He works for the worker comp company he is not there for the patient. It is a dog n pony show. He snows you while you are there by spending lots of time with you and then tells the workers comp company what they want to hear. He must get paid well by them. I will go see a real Dr now and get the correct treatment for my issue. If I was a regular patient that came there on my own then it might of had a different outcome.
