Tamara was amazing! Did such a good job with my hair- foils and a cut, and felt so comfortable and welcomed the entire time. thankyou!☺️
Additional services done with no consultation & then charged through the roof on top of the quoted amount. I reached out to the owner via phone & email the next morning to discuss. She agreed to a refund & apparently processed it that day to go back onto my card, & I would have it within 1-2 business days. It is now 9 business days & NO REFUND.....I have advised them of this & have had no response.
Emlyn is an incredibly talented hairdresser. She was able to provide a clear solution and maintenance treatment path, with lots of flexibility around cost and time. Highly recommended!

Booked an appointment before opening hours and cancelled immediately at 9 am. I was told a refund wouldn’t be an issue—then it was refused. Mistakes happen, but so does decency. Fairness and a bit of humanity go a long way in business. Deeply disappointed.
