We opened in the Junction, Newcastle in 2016 and are proud to be the first blow dry bar in the area. We offer a range of premium products and are a registered Wella colour bar. Our team boast a range of specialties and we recommend an initial consultation so we can match you with your perfect colourist or stylist. Booked an appointment before opening hours and cancelled immediately at 9 am. I was told a refund wouldn’t be an issue—then it was refused. Mistakes happen, but so does decency. Fairness and a bit of humanity go a long way in business. Deeply disappointed.
