Called about 530 and she was more than willing to see my daughter even though she closed at 6. We didn’t leave until 620ish. She is absolutely amazing! I didn’t feel rushed and she listened to everything I had to say, she never once dismissed what I was saying. I will never take my girls to any other clinic! Thank you so much for taking your time and actually caring for your patients!
We are very new to the area. My 7 month old had a gnarly case of diaper rash. A few days before finding Pony Express, we took her to another urgent care in town - the NP there gave us terrible advice and no medicine! At Pony Express, the NP/Owner was a breath of fresh air. She inspected the problem thoroughly and wisely. She prescribed the perfect combination of creams and medicine. Just 2 days later and my baby is doing so much better.
