They make promises they won't keep. George the Superintendent is under qualified for his position and their sales team are liars. The workers who actually build the homes are not supervised and certainly also under qualified. You are buying an inferior product. Buyer beware, hire your own inspector. Expect leaks, overspray paint, noisy plumbing, cracked concrete, chipped fixtures and cabinets in your brand new home. Just buy elsewhere.
Highest quality of the public builders. They seem to always try to keep us happy.

Worst builder experience I have ever worked with, if you are considering this builder be ware that their warrant process is worthless (bait and switch). They constantly blame and complain instead of working with you, the few folks I have interacted with have gotten mad at me instead of work on their issues. Warranty customer service is 0/10. Sales and superintendents were great but the warranty and quality is bad.
