Excellent location, maybe we were unlucky scallops starter was 2 small scallops and over cooked. Main was turbot again overcooked otherwise my wife’s ploughman’s was a plateful and good.
Beautiful place with amazing food, a great team and amazing value for money! We’ll be back for a Sunday roast for sure
My partner booked us a table here for a special occasion, and the experience was underwhelming. Our waitress was terrible, could not seem less interested in doing her job - although, to give the restaurant its fair due, the other wait staff we observed seemed to be far more competent and pleasant, so perhaps we just got stuck with the dud. The food was nice but forgettable. The view was pretty, but we got stuck on a horrible little round table which could barely fit the food - I felt sorry for the person bringing the dishes ... read more
