They don't answer there phone when it emergency all it keep sat line busy
Great staff, friendly helpful, easy to contact. Moved here, got a catchup with a GP pretty quickly and setting up repeats was super easy too

I called the Surgery from 8:00 today( 251 times) and at 9:20 finally they answered.. The receptionist just repeated herself: I am afraid no appointment available… I asked her can she just made a note for GP and he/ she will decide If I need to be seen. I know they do they job and at times they think they are managing the Surgery., They are not medically trained …,
The "ŕing up I'm the morning at 8am" for an appointment is horrific. Today I have spent over 45 minutes and over 1100 calls to get through for a telephone appointment to be told that the appointments are gone and to try again tomorrow. It's an awful system that needs to be changed and there is little help or sympathy from the receptionists. The doctors (when you can see them!) are fantastic though. It's the booking system that is the problem.
