Terrible experience thus far. I have never reviewed a company in my life until this experience. These are some of the most condescending unhelpful people I have ever dealt with. After calling and asking to speak with a manager (I could hear someone talking in the background with a very rude tone) the lady put me on hold then came back to the phone herself!! This has been a terrible time in my life and it has been compounded by the lack of customer service of this company. I will never use them again.
Highly recommend!!!! Staff were super friendly, patient, and helpful. The finished product was Amazing as well as placed well before expected.
They were the most caring and knowledgeable people.
Words can not express the beauty of our headstone. It’s so pretty and exactly what we hoped for. Great people to work with I would recommend them to anyone.
