Called right away in the morning to ask questions about buying a new trailer. Was told to just call later he didn't have time to deal with me. I said sorry but I'm driving couple hours one way to get there. His response... yea that ain't gonna happen today to short of notice. Last I checked if you are in sales and have something for sale and available you make it happen. How hard is it to shake hands and I give you cash?? Terrible sales will never do buisnesss with. Went to buy and they said the price went up by a thousand that morning. They added rigging fee too, which wasn’t on internet price. We still decided to buy. They wanted full payment in 10 days, which we did. A month later we set up pickup time. After driving 2 hours they didn’t have the boat ready and said they just got the motor in. They promptly started to give us our money back, which we didn’t ask for. Went to pontoon one in Fairbault to look at new 2019 Bennington pontoon that was in our price range. Al was super helpful and not pushy at all. My wife hopped up on a 2020 and said "how much for this one Al!" I thought that's out of our range, Al called Brady and next thing you know we bought the 2020 for the same price! Absolutely love it!
