Spent over $3500.00 to furnish our pontoon project being done as a showcase on rebuilding and repairing a pontoon boat. Shopped around the Internet and found what seemed to be the same furniture for less money. So far fairly happy and telling everyone about "Pontoon Stuff". Keep tuned, I'll post pics and final report on company and product. Edit: Just before it was finished, a storm tossed the boat and completely destroyed the fencing and seats/helm. Yes, we are sorry as well.

The customer service is absolutely the best I have come across. I had a problem and within 24 hours they shipped a replacement. Within 48 hours I had the replacement. Amazing.

I ordered a set of pontoon trailer guides from the website one evening with promised delivery in 2 days. However, I was then informed by email the next morning that the items have been backordered 28 days. This was not noted on the product listing. Although the item was backordered, my bank account was charged anyway. I think charges shouldn't be made until the item is ready to ship. At first, they would reply to emails the same day. Later on, I had to send the same email to three different addresses, for two days in a row, just to get a generic response: “the container has been delayed two more weeks.” Absolutely shameful. I truly regret trusting PontoonStuff with my pontoon project.
