Very kind man. Approachable, actively engaged, and sensitive. Offered few proactive strategies. Interventions generally preceded with, "Well, can't you just ..." which was odd because if I could just "..." then I would do it on my own. May be very good for others, but for those looking for a critical discourse followed by some hard analysis and proactive strategies, then Dr. Pontius is desperately lacking.
