What GREAT pizza and wings we had tonight! Awesome, awesome awesome! The gentlemen working tonight, (perhaps the owner) is the nicest guy. People always complain when something is wrong but very seldom praise when something is right so I just wanted to give Pontillo's on Hudson a shout out! GREAT JOB! Delish!
I ordered a pizza from this Pontillo’s location through DoorDash and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with food service. After placing my order, I called the restaurant and politely asked the girl who answered if they could include a side cup of parmesan, a side cup of red pepper flakes, and (if available) some paper plates. She said “sure” and even mentioned she would go tell the cook. When my pizza arrived, it was completely covered in red pepper flakes instead of having them on the side. I stop here on lunch for their slice deal at least once a week. I've also ordered pizza, hot subs, and wings. Always made correctly, on time and hot. They really like their customers very friendly and make sure your food is right.
