This dentist is one of the only ones in the local area that accepts Medicaid. Every visit I've had here has been wonderful! Everyone is very kind and cordial to me including the receptionist, hygienist, and dentists. They all make me feel super comfortable and heard. I love that they have tvs in every room to watch during your appointment as someone who can be a rather anxious patient.
From the time we walked in till we were met with the dentist everyone was friendly and professional. The dentist is knowledgeable and kind. Two qualities hard to find :)
Pontiac Trail Dental Studio is top notch. Nicole was gentle and had attention to detail and really cared. The decor in Dental Studio is warm and welcoming. The music and tv channels in the dental studio really make you feel comfortable. From check in, to the exam, to the cleaning, to the X-rays and the check out, everything was easy. Everyone had masks on which made me feel safe. They cleaned everything before and after I left. They also created a bite guard for me using a digital machine instead of the uncomfortable mold. New patient and horrible experience. Lost my business. Arrived 15 min early for a 11 am appointment. Spent 10 min filling out paperwork which could have been done prior to arrival. At 1123 the receptionist asked me to call my previous dentist for dental XRY records. No idea why this was not previously done (as I had asked about this on my initial call when booking the appointment) and now already 23 min past my actual appointment time of 11 am.
