I really like this dental office the dentist And everyone that works there. They take good care of me I have recommended them to other friends who now also go to Pontiac Trail Studio
Super rude lady at the front desk. She claimed to have confirmed by phone with my insurance a denial in less than one minute! The assistant didn't wear gloves while prepping the large xray machine, where my mouth goes. Luckily the machine was broken so I didn't have to go there with her on the subject. They broke my crown during reseating, glued it back in & then said I had to pay outta pocket because the first attempt they made was unsuccessful. Many problems with this dental office. Number one they pushed for a root canal and crown on a tooth with a cavity that another dentist in the office filled in two minutes and said it was a small cavity. Took X-rays without mentioning it was too soon for insurance to cover and 2nd appointment in the morning, arrived early after an hour in the chair with no dentist to be seen we left. Finally they are only open 2 days a week now! Strange.
