flFor the past 6 years I had good service from them. Ever since Jeff (their receptionist) left they have gone down hill. I DO NOT recommend them. I suggest you take your vehicle elsewhere if you want quality parts put on your car and quality work done.
THEY FORGOT TO TIGHTEN MY LUG NUTS. They were hand loose! Luckily my tire didn’t fall off and I tightened them with a socket and drove there to have them inspect it. They tried to charge me for writing an invoice saying that the lugs were loose. They never apologized and treated me very poorly. I had them hand write on my invoice that they checked the lug nuts but they refused to admit the lugs were loose. 0/5 stars
RecommendedWe have used Pontiac Lake Service a few times recently due to older vehicle maintenance. They have been amazing! Really reasonable, professional and very quick repairs. They explain everything and don't over charge or recommend extra repairs that aren't necessary. Will be using them for all future repairs
They are friendly,fast,thorough and reasonably priced.
They've done all of my service for the past 10 years. I have always experienced total professionalism, honesty, and dependability. They say they stand by their work, but I've never needed to check this because everything has always been done as contracted. This is the first time I've had confidence in auto repair folks.
We have had excellent work performed on our vehicles since I was a little girl with my dad. It's nice to be able to trust reliable honest people.
I use to have family who use to run that place.
