STAY AWAY!!! This company will book your truck for you but as soon as there is one issue they deny any responsibility and tell you you have to deal with the trucking company !! They have no issue taking your money aBut as soon as an issue comes up they leave you alone without help. Had a pallet dropped off dock guy unloaded signed notice or was shorter than supposed to be driver was gone contacted Pontiac with in 15 minutes and well I thought they were helping they did nothing and said they are not responsible.
