Having visited Gravells Hereford with no actual intention of buying a vehicle but to look at what was available, the service, attention and knowledge we had from Nick was most helpful. Went into Gravells Renault of Hereford to price new alloy due to pot hole damage not looking for a new car but Nick Shepherd advised me they had similar make and model to mine at a very competitive price with a lot lower mileage. I would recommend Gravells no pressure sales very good coffee thank you Nick very pleased with car
Great customer service, Nick was fantastic. He helped us choose a bigger family car at a price that was manageable for us. We’re really pleased with the car, it’s the 2nd car we’ve had from Gravells and we will definitely look to upgrade again with them.
