Outstanding customer service from Lewis Ford at Ponthir Dacia. My wife and I visited when looking for a new car for her. Lewis was professional, friendly and completely refreshing compared to other dealers we visited. There were no pressure sales tactics, and he was happy to answer all the questions we had. We would be happy to return in the future and also recommend.

From the first phone call to arrange a test drive of a Dacia Spring Extreme, to explaining all the options to my wife and I, and the purchasing, Lewis Ford has been excellent. And also providing phone and email updates of when our car was going to be available to collect. And he took the time to take us through all the controls, including the multimedia system, during the handover. As our Spring is our first EV, Lewis also took us through how the charging works via the Mobilize Charge Pass.
